Aspen Moon Farm, established in 2009, has grown from a modest 2.5-acre venture in Longmont, Colorado, to an impressive 99-acre organic haven with approximately 25 acres dedicated to production. Specializing in USDA Certified Organic and biodynamic agriculture, the farm is a beacon of sustainable and bee-friendly practices. Led by Jason and Erin, the farm's dedicated team works tirelessly, embracing the challenges of hand-harvesting and meticulous care to deliver the cleanest, freshest, and most nutritious produce to their community. Beyond vegetables, the farm boasts beautiful organic flowers, succulent berries, and starter plants for spring gardens. With a thriving CSA program and a loyal community of over 600 members, Aspen Moon Farm stands as a testament to the success that hard work, love, and commitment to sustainable farming can achieve.
