Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you accept delivery or fail to pickup your will-call order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. You have the right to reject any product at the time of delivery if the quality is not up to your standards. You have up 20 48 hours after receiving the product to notify us of any quality issues in order to receive a refund or account credit. Please provide pictures of any questionable products.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. We always appreciate any feedback you have about your experience with us!
