Grow Girls' Farm, in its fifth year of serving the Arvada Community, is dedicated to growing nutrient-dense food using organic practices that prioritize soil health. Founded by Denise Ery and Elaine Silburn, the farm employs regenerative farming techniques, focusing on topsoil regeneration, biodiversity, and overall ecosystem health. Denise, a Master Gardener from Ohio, and Elaine, a Colorado native, bring their passion for sustainable and local produce to the community. Nathan Carroll, the farm manager and compost specialist, plays a crucial role in enhancing soil properties. The farm actively practices regenerative agriculture, emphasizing soil health as the solution for a sustainable future. Christine Gust, a certified soil technician, has been instrumental in guiding the farm toward regenerative practices. Grow Girls' Farm is proud to serve the community through its CSA program and by donating food to the Arvada Food Bank Community Table and Growing Home.
